We currently only deliver to the UK and Crown Dependencies.
Unfortunately, due to new GPSR rules, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the EU and EEA, as we would need an EU business address printed on the books. Our books will still be available from your local booksellers.
Delivery times
We aim to deliver orders to the UK within 3-5 working days.
Postage and packing charges
Our standard charges are £2.99 for UK delivery. If you spend over £25, you will be eligible for free shipping on your order.
International Shipping
We are currently only able to process UK web orders via our website. However, if you are based outside of the UK and see a book you’re interested in, please get in touch at books@bsmall.co.uk to discuss shipping options. We’re happy to help!
Returns and refunds
If you have any questions about your order, send us an email to websales@bsmall.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 7868 796 805 within 14 days of placing your order. In order to receive a refund for a defective product, please contact us and we will issue the refund within 14 days. For all other return requests or exchanges, you will need to return the books to us by mail and we will carry out the exchange or refund, if agreed, within 14 days.
